Welcome

I am an assistant professor at the Institute for Strategy, Technology, and Innovation of the Munich School of Management (LMU Munich) (in maternity leave since June 2022). My research explores how organizations coordinate their tasks to manage innovation and digitization. Empirically, I focus on the pharmaceutical industry and micro-finance platforms. When not busy researching, I enjoy hiking and cycling with my family. I am a pizza and golden retriever lover.

Projects

Digital Strategizing

The goal of this research network is thus to build a community of early scholars interested in the topic of digitalization of strategy-making, to develop a joint research agenda, and to stimulate high-quality research on this topic.

Platforms for good

I am studying digital platforms addressing societal grand challenges with a focus on the microfinance industry. In this context, I am interested in the societal dimentions that influence interactions in the platform market.

Coordination in organizations

Coordination in organizations is a longstanding issue. Which tools can firms adopt to foster coordination?
